Returns

For any reason, returns are welcome, and you can get a refund or store credit. You can return anything you've bought online to our warehouse. Orders may be returned within 14 days, and a refund will be given. Regalia Apparel does not reimburse return expenses.

  • After delivery, all products must be returned within 14 days.
  • Every item needs to be unused and unwashed.
  • Every product need to still have its original Regalia Apparel tags on it.

You can return the item(s) to our retail store for a complete refund of the purchase price if you decide you don't like your new purchase. Except from trying the product(s) on and keeping them in the same condition as when they were sold to you, we only accept products that are undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn, and unwashed. Please be aware that labels and tags must stay attached and intact whenever possible. It is recommended that the product(s) be returned in their original packaging.

Making an order return to the Regalia Apparel Store

Online orders can be returned to our store in Embe creative, Lavington, Nairobi for a refund, exchange, or gift card. Orders placed at Embe Creatives for in-store refunds, but they may be returned for an exchange or gift card. Exchanges and refunds are only available for products that are returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please be aware that online sale orders cannot be returned to our Embe Creatives, Lavington store.

Returns and Exchanges

If there is a problem with the product, we are happy to exchange it or give a refund. For unworn items returned in their original packaging and condition with the return form completely completed, we will offer exchanges. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for covering all return costs. Exchanges and refunds are only available for products that are returned within 14 days of delivery. Products that are returned as defective but exhibit damage that isn't related to a manufacturing error won't be accepted. This covers harm caused by accident, malice, or wearer-related issues. Your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of our receiving and approving your return.

Untimely or Absent Refunds

Check your account balance using the payment method you used first if you haven't received your refund yet. Please be aware that processing time must always pass before a refund is given. If your refund has still not arrived even after you've already gotten in touch with your banks and payment providers. Please contact us by sending an email to info@regalia.clothing.

Regular Refund Procedure

With the exception of gift cards and e-gift cards, which will be refunded as credit on a new gift card, refunds will be made using the same payment method and credit or debit card as the original purchase. There are no refunds for shipping fees or shipping-related sales taxes.

Faulty Items

If a product is covered by our warranty policy and has not lived up to its life expectancy, we will return it for defective. The type of product and the cause of the failure determine the warranty policy. If a product is not covered under our warranty or was damaged while being used in a way for which it was not designed, we will not accept it back as defective. Regalia Apparel reserves the right to judge the purpose of use, and it will do so fairly. We will assist you in fixing any issues as soon as possible if the item you received in your delivery was defective or the wrong item. Please send the item back.

Items damaged in transit

As soon as you receive your package, make sure to inspect the item or items. Within 14 days following delivery, you must reimburse us for any damage caused by the delivery. 

Got a defective item that you can no longer return? To announce your return, kindly use this alternate means of communication on the contact link on the footer menu. Regalia Apparel will pay the return shipping charges for defective goods. We will offer to exchange the defective item(s) or refund you for the damaged goods so you can place another order.
