Together, the following Warranty and Returns Agreement and the Terms of Service apply and are governed by each other, making them an integral part of the Agreement (refer to Terms of Service Sections 1 and 2). Terms used herein that are defined in the Terms of Service shall have the meaning specified in the Terms of Service.
1.1 Withdrawal Right
Within 14 days, you may terminate this agreement without providing a reason.
The right to withdraw from this agreement will end 14 days after the day you or a third party you designate obtains actual physical possession of the goods.
You must provide clear notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract to Regalia Apparel, info@regalia.clothing, in order to exercise your right of withdrawal (e.g., by using the return form, a letter sent by post, or e-mail). It is not required, but you are welcome to use the form format attached below (1.3). It is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has ended in order to meet the withdrawal deadline.
1.2 The impact of cessation
If you choose to withdraw from this contract, we will return all money you have paid us, including delivery costs (minus any additional fees incurred because you selected a delivery option other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your decision to withdraw. Unless you specifically agree otherwise, we will make this reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction; in any case, there won't be any fees associated with this reimbursement. Until we receive proof that the goods have been returned, or until we receive the goods back ourselves, we reserve the right to withhold reimbursement.
You will, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract, return the goods or turn them over to Regalia Apparel Retail store, Embe creatives, Maji Mazuri Rd, Lavington, Kenya. If you return the items within the allotted 14 days, the deadline is fulfilled. The direct cost of returning the items will be your responsibility. If the goods are handled in any way that devalues their value beyond what is required to determine their nature, attributes, and functionality, then you are solely responsible for that loss.

2. Supplementary Guarantee and Return Policy
Section 1 of this Warranty and Returns Agreement grants you the statutory right of withdrawal under the Kenyan law. The terms of this section apply in addition to, and do not restrict, any statutory return and/or warranty and return rights you may have under applicable law.
2.1 Policy for Voluntary Returns
2.1.1 Range
Under our additional voluntary returns policy (also known as the "voluntary returns policy"), we accept returns of merchandise bought in-store or through our website for any reason, and if the requirements below are fulfilled, we will either issue a store credit or a refund.
You can also return anything you've bought online or our retail store. Orders may be returned within 14 days, and if the requirements below are fulfilled and we receive back an item you purchased from us, we will give a refund. Please complete the return form that came with your order and mail the item back to the appropriate address via postal mail or courier in order to return it in accordance with our voluntary return policy. The return form has instructions on how to send it. Kindly be aware that:

All purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges at Embe creative, Maji Mazuri RD, Lavington, Nairobi, Kenya.
2.1.3 Missing or Late Refunds
Your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days of our receiving and approving your return.
Check your account balance using the payment method you used first if you haven't received your refund yet. Please be aware that processing time must always pass before a refund is given. Please contact us at info@regalia.clothing if you have already gotten in touch with your banks and payment providers and have not yet received your refund.
2.1.4 Usual Refund Procedure
With the exception of gift cards and e-gift cards, which will be refunded as credit on a new gift card, refunds will be made using the same payment method and credit or debit card as the original purchase. There are no refunds for shipping fees or shipping-related sales taxes.
2.2 Items damaged in transit
As soon as you receive your package, make sure to inspect the item or items. We must be informed of any shipment or delivery damages. Should your item(s) arrive damaged from the shipping process, please send an email to info@regalia.clothing promptly. Provide a picture and a description of the defective items. We rely heavily on this information to make sure that our products are packaged and shipped correctly. You can place another order after we refund you for any damaged goods.
2.3 Guarantee
Products from regalia Apparel are made with care and according to professional standards. Our dependable and tested design and manufacturing processes guarantee that we give our customers premium clothing with outstanding qualities.
Every Regalia product is tested for, bleeding, tearing, pulling, and snagging and satisfies our quality and fit standards. We test our clothing in collaboration with outside labs to make sure the collections adhere to the most recent safety, chemical, and legal requirements.
Policy of Voluntary Warranty
The voluntary warranty policy's scope
Products from Regala Apparel are made with care and according to professional standards. Our dependable and tested design and manufacturing processes guarantee that we give our customers premium clothing with outstanding qualities.
Each and every regalia Apparel product is tested for tearing, pulling, and snagging and satisfies our quality and fit standards. We test our clothing in collaboration with outside labs to make sure the collections adhere to the most recent safety, chemical, and legal requirements.
Every Regalia Apparel product is backed by an extra six months of service warranty for all customers. Regalia Apparel will replace any items that the Customer Service Team has determined to be defective under this voluntary warranty policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
The item(s) will be replaced free of charge to the customer, including shipping costs, if Regalia Apparel has approved claims in compliance with the terms and conditions of this warranty and if these claims are made within six (6) months of the date of ordering.
2.3.1 The recommendations
There is a care label on every item. It is highly advised that you always adhere to the directions on this label. Before washing the item, get advice from our Customer Service Team (see Sec. 3 below) if you have any more questions or concerns.
2.3.2 Conditions for this voluntary warranty policy's acceptance of claims
Under our voluntary warranty policy, we will not consider a product defective if damage occurred during use for a purpose for which it was not designed. Regalia Apparel reserves the right to judge the purpose of use, and it will do so fairly. Additional prerequisites for all claims under this optional warranty policy are as follows:
